Nanogen MPCS
Microwave Plasma Chemical Synthesis (MPCS) utilizes microwave energy to generate a plasma by ionizing gases, vaporizing precursors, and forming nanopowders.
The resulting high temperature vaporizes the precursors which facilitates initiating and sustaining chemical reactions at molecular levels in the presence of microwaves. These vapors are then rapidly quenched resulting in the formation of nanopowders.
